Many people these days are dealing with some form of cancer. Unfortunately, many of use take our health for granted and do not consider others that may be suffering from some terrible type of cancer.
We need to remain aware of the various cancers the some are dealing with and try to give our support for them. Support can come in many ways. We can donate money to the many cancer charities that help fund research and awareness. We can also give our spiritual and moral support by making other aware of the issue. A very common method we have seen people use is wearing pink rubber bracelets to support breast cancer charities and awareness. Unfortunately, that type of cancer has become much too common in the world.
Leukemia is a blood cancer and many will wear the yellow rubber bracelets to show their support. The same color bracelets are used for the LIVESTONG campaign that Lance Armstrong creating and has being going strong ever since.
Yellow rubber bracelets were also used for the Support Our Troops campaign, so the color can be used for other purposes and not only cancer treatment awareness.
Colored rubber bracelets are very popularly used to promote awareness for many different charities and organizations. Whether you wear a rubber breast cancer bracelet or a yellow Leukemia bracelet, both support an important health issues that our world needs to continue to be diligent in our research and treatment. Maintaining constant awareness of these diseases will help emphasize the importance of continuing to make the issue a top priority that needs to be addressed.
